Customer Travel Assistant
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer travel service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Up sell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Analyze customer interactions to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
Skills:
-Basic Knowledge in English and both written and verbal
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Bilingual ability to effectively communicate with customers in multiple languages
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong sales skills to up sell products or services when applicable
- Proficient in data entry to accurately update customer information

Salary: 900.00kr - 1,800.00kr per day
